This master bathroom is officially UNRECOGNIZABLE! 🤩
Our clients were ready for a major change. They had a large window that offered very little privacy, a garden tub that hadn’t been used in years, and a bathroom layout that simply wasn’t working for them anymore.
Their wish list? A much larger walk-in shower, more storage, more privacy and a master bathroom they could truly enjoy every single day.
Our Mr. Fix It of Sierra Vista team worked closely with our clients from the very beginning, and our Office Everything Manager helped bring together the design, colors and finishes to match their style and vision. One of the biggest transformations?
That window is GONE!
Removing it completely changed what we could do with the space, allowing us to create a beautiful oversized walk-in shower and give our clients the privacy they wanted.
From there, we went ALL IN. ✨ Oversized walk-in shower ✨ Beautiful new cabinetry and added storage ✨ New finishes, fixtures and lighting ✨ A completely redesigned space ✨ Every surface updated ✨ And yes… even a fancy toilet that pretty much does EVERYTHING! 😂
Another dream brought to life by Mr. Fix It of Sierra Vista.

SIERRA VISTA, Ariz. — Sierra Vista’s restaurant and coffee scene could look considerably different over the coming months, with several new locations moving through various stages of planning, permitting and construction.
CoolFMLive reviewed the latest information available on several of the projects. Here’s where things currently stand:
DUTCH BROS — SECOND SIERRA VISTA LOCATION
Plans are moving forward for a second Dutch Bros Coffee in Sierra Vista, this time near the Mall at Sierra Vista in the area of El Mercado Loop and Calle Mercancia.
The project remains in the city review process, and building plans have not yet been submitted, meaning construction is not imminent. A typical development timeline could put potential groundbreaking roughly six months out, although that timeline could change.
The new shop would join the existing Dutch Bros at 475 N. Highway 90, which remains open and operating.
SECOND CULVER’S TAKES ANOTHER STEP FORWARD
The planned second Culver’s has reached a significant milestone.
A commercial tenant-improvement permit was issued August 12 for the conversion of the former Pizza Hut Bistro property on Fry Boulevard. Plans call for renovating the existing building along with construction of an addition.
The property was acquired by Kevin and Sandy Adams, who operate Sierra Vista’s existing Culver’s at 632 S. Highway 92.
7 BREW COFFEE
Another drive-thru coffee option is also progressing.
A site plan has been approved for 7 Brew Coffee near Taco Bell in the Highway 90/Highway 92 area. The project would introduce another national coffee chain to the Sierra Vista market.
NEW DRIVE-THRU COFFEE & TEA SHOP —
A new drive-thru coffee and tea shop is also planned for Sierra Vista.
The project will be located behind the CoolFMLive / Food City plaza in Sierra Vista, in the vacant lot to the east, directly across Highway 90 from Fry’s.
The online application has already been received by the City of Sierra Vista, marking an important early step in the development process. Additional permitting and construction timelines have not yet been announced.
WHATABURGER
Plans for a Sierra Vista Whataburger also remain active.
The proposed location has been identified near Walmart, across from Panda Express, at approximately 572 N. Highway 90. The project still must complete the required development and permitting process before construction can move forward.
TWO ITALIAN RESTAURANTS
Sierra Vista is also preparing for two new Italian dining options.
Joe’s Italian Restaurant is preparing to open in the former Hana Tokyo location and has been working toward an August opening.
Meanwhile, Nonni’s Copper Forno Italian Restaurant, Bar & Pizzeria is under development at 185 E. Wilcox Drive. Plans include indoor dining and an outdoor patio, with a menu expected to feature homemade pasta, cheese-wheel pasta, Italian entrées, East Coast-style pizza, sandwiches, breads and desserts.
The new developments come during a period of considerable change in Sierra Vista’s restaurant industry. Schlotzsky’s on Fry Boulevard recently closed.
From new national chains to locally operated restaurants, there are a lot of moving pieces across Sierra Vista right now. CoolFMLive will continue following these projects and provide updates as permits are issued, construction begins and opening dates are confirmed.

COMMUNITY SUPPORT NEEDED FOR 20-YEAR-OLD FACING SUDDEN MEDICAL CRISIS
Our family is asking for your prayers, support, and help during one of the most difficult times we’ve ever experienced.
My little sister is only 20 years old, and our lives changed overnight. She woke up one morning unable to walk without support, and her speech became so impaired that we could barely understand her. Everything happened so suddenly, and we still don’t have answers.
She is now in a medically induced coma while her doctors work around the clock to determine what is causing these devastating symptoms. We have been told that getting answers could take up to seven days, and right now we are taking everything one moment at a time, hoping and praying for good news.
As you can imagine, our family wants to be by her side every step of the way. Between traveling back and forth to the hospital, gas, meals, hotel stays, medical expenses, and missed time at work, the financial burden is growing quickly.
HOW YOU CAN HELP
A GoFundMe has been established to help ease some of the financial burden on the family so they can focus on what matters most — being together and supporting her during this incredibly difficult time.
If you are able to donate, no matter the amount, every contribution can make a difference. If donating isn’t possible, sharing the fundraiser and keeping this young woman, her family, and her medical team in your thoughts and prayers is another meaningful way to show support.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness, generosity, prayers, and support. The family will continue to share updates as they receive them and remains hopeful that doctors will find the answers she desperately needs.
Please keep this family in your thoughts and prayers in the days ahead.

BARRICADED SUSPECT ARRESTED FOLLOWING SWAT RESPONSE IN SIERRA VISTA‼️
SIERRA VISTA, Ariz. — A SWAT response in the area of Golf Links Road and Exeter Drive ended with the arrest of a 42-year-old woman Wednesday following a reported domestic incident.
This was the second SWAT call of the day in Sierra Vista that CoolFMLive was on scene covering.
According to a press release issued by the Sierra Vista Police Department, officers responded to the 1700 block of Exeter Drive at approximately 11:40 a.m. Wednesday, August 19.
The following is the Sierra Vista Police Department press release in its entirety:
“Police arrest barricaded suspect for domestic violence charges
Sierra Vista, AZ. 08/19/26. With the assistance of the regional SWAT team, the Sierra Vista Police Department arrested a woman on domestic violence charges today after she barricaded herself inside a bedroom at a local residence.

When police arrived, the suspect barricaded herself in a bedroom, possibly with a knife. Due to an abundance of caution, the SWAT team was called out to assist. The SWAT team used less-lethal tactics to successfully take the suspect into custody.
The suspect was medically cleared for incarceration and will be booked into the Cochise County Jail for DV/endangerment, DV/vulnerable adult abuse, DV/criminal damage, DV/assault, and DV/disorderly conduct.”
The suspect was identified as Jennifer Biegacki, 42.
