Visit the Murray Springs Clovis Site and learn about the mammoth fossils, projectile points and other archaeological discoveries made there.
🏰 Presidio Santa Cruz de Terrenate Tour
Saturday, Oct. 31 | 9 a.m.
Finish the month with a three-mile guided tour of the remains of this 1770s Spanish presidio.
Most events are FREE with no reservations required. Participants should bring water, sun protection and appropriate walking shoes based on the activity.

JUSTICE & CARE COLLECTIVE COMING TO BENSON ⚖️
BENSON, Ariz. — CoolFMLive sits down with Barb Lang with Cochise County Health & Social Services to talk about the Justice and Care Collective, an initiative bringing court assistance, health services and community resources together in one place for Cochise County residents.
The next Justice and Care Collective will take place Thursday, October 15, from 1–4 p.m. at the Benson Community Center, 705 W. Union St.
The Benson event will be the fourth Justice and Care Collective and comes approximately one year after the initiative’s first event, held in Bisbee on October 8, 2025.
Over the past year, events have been held in Bisbee, Sierra Vista and Douglas, helping residents address non-felony warrants, petitions to seal records, expungements, fines and other court-related matters.
But the initiative goes beyond the courtroom.
The Justice and Care Collective brings together community organizations and human-service providers so attendees can connect with additional resources in a supportive setting. At the upcoming Benson event, available services are expected to include:
Assistance with non-felony warrants and expungement
Court resources
Access to medical professionals and routine screenings
STI and HIV testing
Peer support services
Free Narcan
The event is completely free to attend.
For those who need transportation to the Benson event, ride assistance is available by calling 520-346-1366 (tel:520-346-1366).
